About our home

2 story Victorian semi-detached with a private laneway, parking and large backyard. The interior is renovated with modern simple furnishings throughout. The main floor is open concept, high ceilings, lots of space, looking out to the deck and leafy backyard. This place is cool in summer, well shaded and has lots of sun in the winter.

Great neighbourhood located in the western part of downtown. Real sense of community here with a good mix of all types of people. Queen st. West, one block north, is the center of the burgeoning art scene and a lively restaurant, cafe, bar scene. To the south is the lake, 10 minute walk, and all of the waterfront trails that run through the city. To the west is High Park, the largest downtown park in Toronto with BBQ facilities, outdoor theatre, kids programs, gardens etc.

We're a couple in our early 40s who both work in the media. Julian works as a classical animator at his own company and Susan freelances as a motion graphics animator. We love to travel, bicycle ride, see great music, work on our independent art projects.
