Beautiful, well appointed apartment 25 minutes from downtown Vancouver. Situated on the Fraser River, the largest river in British Columbia. Here fishing boats tie up with fresh Pacific salmon. This spacious apartment has living room looking out toward river, deck, dining room, large kitchen, den, guest bathroom, very large ensuite bathroom with soaker tub and walk in shower, separate laundry room. We have full cable television and broadband computer. Apartment building amenities include exercise room, hot tub, sauna, pool table and party room. There is secured underground parking.

More about us

I am a former elementary school teacher. Ken was in public relations. We love to travel and have found home exchanges, which we have done for the past 5 years, to be a great idea! We have had six successful home exchanges, three in Australia, three in Great Britain and one in New Zealand. I have a son and a daughter living in the UK and so a house exchange to anywhere in South West London at any time of year would be perfect!!

We are within 1 hour of excellent skiing, also within two hours of Whistler,home of the 2010 Winter Olympics. Fifteen minutes from the seaside and beaches. Small shops and restaurants close by. Four major shopping centres and bus service within walking distance. Three excellent golf courses nearby.
