About our home

Our home was totally renovated in 2005 and has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 with jacuzzi tub & walk in shower) , living room, family room with a big screen television, games room with ping pong table and an open kitchen/dining area. There is a television and computer in most bedrooms as well as a nice back yard with views to Grouse Mountain. We are sure you will be comfortable as everything is sparkling clean and brand new!

More about us

We are a family of 4. David and Heather are real estate professionals working for major Canadian transportation companies. We have two children Nathan (19) who is currently attending university and Alisa (15) who is in grade 10. We enjoy travelling and our travels have taken us to Mexico, France, England, Italy, many parts of the USA, and the Carribean.

Where is it?

Nestled at the foot of Grouse Mountain, we are only minutes away from Stanley Park, Ambleside Beach, downtown Vancouver, many restaurants and two main shopping centres. We are located at the end of a nice street in North Vancouver with no through traffic. A tennis court and park are situated next door. Take the gondola up to the peak of Grouse Mountain for a birds eye view of Vancouver and the Pacific Ocean. Public transit is available just 2 blocks from our house. Day trips could include a visit to the world class Whistler Resort, Vancouver Island and Gulf Islands or the USA.
