About our home

My home is an attached garden townhome located in the closest suburb to Vancouver. The home consists of 3 bedrooms (master on main floor) and 2 up. Two full bathrooms (jaccuzi) plus a powder room. Spacious kitchen looks onto a lovely south garden. Formal living room includes a gas fireplace and a dining area. Very clean, bright and well maintained. You will be very comfortable if you choose to exchange here.

I am a retired woman, and my reasons for going to
Australia is to attend my grandson's wedding. I go to Australia at least once a year to visit my
daughters family and usually stay with them. But this time a number of family will also be there, so we need more space. They live in Beaumaris so would like someplace nearby. And I must say the larger the home the better. The wedding date is April 7, 2007 and at this time arrival dates are quite flexible as long as it includes that date. Look forward to your reply.

Neighbourhood

This is a very quiet neighbourhood, and just 10 minutes from the International Airport. Richmond is located on an island with a large urban center, but 1/2 the island is devoted to farmland. An ideal urban/rural location, We are minutes away from a quaint fishing village and there are lots of parks, walking trails, theatres and sports centers. My home is located close to public transportation and Vancouver is just across the bridge.
