About our home

Our home is large, clean spacious home with a large enclosed property. The south facing deck overlooks the garden and is very private. The medium sized kitchen adjoins both the dining room and comfortable living room. Separate living room downstairs. Two full bathrooms, two fireplaces, and all the amenities needed. TV, Stereo, broadband internet, WiFi.

We are Marcel and Beverly, married for 19 years and the kids are now old enough to travel and really enjoy it - Giustina (15), Matteo (13) and Aidan (11). First time home exchangers and are looking forward to the experience of "living" in your home in Italy. We love our home and would treat yours as our own.

Victoria is located on the southern tip of Vancouver Island, which is situated off the southwest coast of British Columbia. Established in 1843 by James Douglas as a Hudson's Bay Company Fort, the City of Victoria has a proud history of British custom. Conde' Naste Traveler Magazine reader's poll rated Victoria one of the top ten cities to visit in the world. The picture-perfect Inner Harbour is surrounded by many of Victoria's beautiful character buildings and premier attractions. From a rich heritage of native culture preserved for eternity in museums, to the contemporary bustle of festivals and local events, Vancouver Island offers a year-round pageant of history, arts and lively entertainment. Vancouver Island and the BC Gulf Islands offer a wide range of viewing opportunities for wildlife. From marine waters to mountain peaks, there is wildlife viewing to experience in every season. The marine waters around Vancouver Island offer excellent whale watching, especially for orcas, and twice every year virtually the entire global population of Pacific Gray Whales migrates along the west coast of Vancouver Island.

Our neighbourhood is quiet, treed, relaxed and family oriented in a suburban area within Voctoria. Walk to various ocean beaches in 10 minutes. From our neighbourhood, enjoy walking, cycling, rollerblading, skimboarding, hiking, kayaking, and sailing.
