About our home

Our home was built in 1961 and has two bedrooms. One large master bedroom with queen bed and a children's room with bunk beds. We have large screen TV, comfortable leather furniture, a very open airy living space, large deck with patio furniture. High Speed wireless Internet access and CD stereo system available. We have a jacuzzi as well. We live in a quiet neighbourhood with many trees and lush vegitation. We have a suite with a tenant available for assistance.

We are a professional couple (Software Sales and Business Development; and Advertising Agency Owner) with one child. We are very respectful and appreciate the whole concept of home exchange as a way for people to share the world. We are looking for a house and car swap.

Where is it?

Our home is 20 minutes North of Victoria BC on the Saanich Peninsula in Cordova Bay. We are located on the world famous Galloping Goose Trail system which is ideal for walking and biking through farm land, forests, the city and coastal areas. We have world class yachting, whale watching and diving services available. Victoria is a large tourist destination with many amenities for tourists. We are 10 minutes to Buchart Gardens. We have two golf courses within walking distance. We are 10 minutes walking distance to the beach.
Easy day trip to Vancouver by plane or ferry trip through the Gulf Islands. Close to Seattle (30 minutes by sea plane)
