About our home

Our lovely home has been completely renovated over the past four years and is a single-story elegant space that we love. The house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, dining room, sitting room, den, and kitchen as well as a separate studio for complete privacy. We chose the location specifically because we are at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in an upscale area right on a private golf course so we have our own little estate surrounded by oak trees. We have every convenience and are close to the university and a short drive to downtown Victoria. The area is called Oak Bay and is a safe, comfortable neighbourhood with three "villages" nearby including many excellent places to shop and restaurants in which to eat. Our home is available for points in November, 2022 and in March and April of 2023. We are also open to an exchange in Edmonton where our son lives.
