About our home

Our home is on a quiet street across from a park. We are about 3 kilometers away from the University of Victoria. We are across from the water with peekaboo views through the forest and have 3 great beaches within less than a 5 minute walk away. The house is set up with three bedrooms. Currently two kids rooms and one adult room.

The house is bright and clean with simple, mid-century modern furnishings.
We have a large balcony and dining/sunroom, up to date kitchen and appliances.

The neighbourhood a very quiet pocket by the ocean in the Gordon Head neighbourhood of Victoria, BC on Southern Vancouver Island. Gordon Head is a vibrant community about a 15 minute drive from downtown Victoria. Victoria is the capital of British Columbia and home to many tech firms and provincial government ministry headquarters. Our home is 3 km away from the University of Victoria, which is also a major draw for international academics.
