About our home

Our suburban home is located in beautiful Royal Bay, with sweeping ocean and mountain views. Hardwood floors throughout the house, 2 bedrooms,2 full bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen, sliding door to huge sun deck with barbecue. We also have a suite in the house, so we are open to non-simultaneous exchanges as well. Car swap available.

More about us

John and I (Zsuzsi) are retirees from our businesses and are looking forward to exploring the world. We have two adult children, and two granddaughters. We are both non-smokers and want to keep our home that way. We are very responsible and will look after our exchange home is if it were our own. We'd like to arrange our exchange in advance in order to get to know our exchange partners by e-mail. We have done exchanges to Australia, France and England and enjoyed them very much.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

Victoria is located on the southern tip of sunny Vancouver Island. It offers an escape from the hurried world. Known as the 'city of gardens', Victoria is safe, clean, tranquil and easy to explore. Superb cuisine, museums, galleries, shopping, beaches, outdoor adventures are just a few to mention. Vancouver and Seattle are only a few hours away by ferry. Golf courses nearby, public library and community center with indoor swimming pool, tennis courts and golf course just 10 minutes away. So is a large shopping center. Walking/jogging trails all around our subdivision also great biking trail to city and country side.
