At 3800 sq. ft. the home has an open concept, a reverse plan with all the 'living' on the top floor with the best view. Step through the all glass front onto the deck, and you will feel like you are on top of the world (quote from a friend) and lounge by the fireplace with music wired and be inspired by the views of the beach, ocean, downtown to the south and Vancouver Island to the west and mountains to the north. There is indoor dining space as well as a 'den' space with gliding glass doors which doubles as office or an ensuited bedroom. Location! The ocean beach is 3-5 min. walk, access to Sailing Club, soccer/field hockey fields, Spirit Trail, Park Royal Shopping Centre and Village, Sea Wall walk, Beach Volleyball, Skateboard Park, Par 3 golf etc. Ambleside is very special place with everything you need (although Downtown Vancouver is 10 minutes across the Lion's Gate Bridge). Besides the above nature and adventure, walking to 'the Village' (5 minutes) makes it very convenient to access stores at Park Royal Village including Whole Foods, Free People, Aritzia, Sephora, Y Yoga, J. From our area, Vancouver Island (Victorian, Nanaimo) are a ferry away (20 min drive to ferry at Horseshoe Bay) and about 40 min on the ferry for day trips or overnighters to see the Orcas (Killer Whales), vineyards, Parliament...variety is endless. You can also access many of the islands from Horseshoe Bay Ferry Terminal.
