About our home

Our home is a townhouse on two levels, backing Cypress Provincial Park with an amazing view of the water sand islands Howe Sound (fjord)

More about us

  1. We are Dirk and Erna, a married couple in our sixties. Dirk works at BC Cancer as a pathologist. Erna is at home, freelancing as a floral designer. We both love travelling and the outdoors, the arts culture and history. Our son is grown up and married. He works as a software developer and his wife is a theatre set designer. They might sometimes join us on our travels.

  2. Our home is home to friends and family and also home-exchangers who would appreciate our comfortable style of living. We love our home and surroundings and are sure you would also.

Where is it?

We live just outside the city limits, but are close to all amenities - ski hills of the north shore, parks, beaches and all of the many tourist attractions of Vancouver. Driving to Whistler (Olympic) ski resort takes about 90 minutes, but we are fortunate to have 3 other ski hills within 30 minutes or less.
