More about us

  1. We are a couple with a blended family of 6 children (4 adult and 2 teens)

  2. Tom is an Endocrinologist and owns a clinical and research practice. Veronica is an architect and the MP of a global architectural practice for Western Canada.

  3. We love travelling as a couple and sometimes accompanied by a kid or two. We are biased towards outdoor adventures, are avid cyclists (rarely travel without our bikes) but are also just as happy in a city with plenty of culture to offer.

Where is it?

Whistler is an all year round playground. When ski season is over this international jewel becomes home to outdoor adventure seekers, cyclists, golfers and art afficionados. Outdoor Festivals are scheduled throughout the shoulder season.

There are many things to do in the ‘Village’, the heart of Whistler. You walk the Village Stroll, indulge yourself at one of many places to eat and browse the unique shops. The Village is located at the base of the lifts, making access to Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains convenient for skiing, snowboarding and sightseeing. Whistler Village is big enough to have all the amenities expected of a world-class resort, yet small enough for you to feel its unique mountain culture and distinctive hospitality.

Bear Lodge is very centrally located with the Marketplace Centre to the right and the Whistler Mountain Gondolas to the left. You really are located in the thick of the action when you stay at Bear Lodge.
