I am a 50yr. Australian who is trying to improve my spanish language skills. Currently living between Australia, South America & hopefully Spain/Europe. As this apartment is my loved 2nd home a simultaneous exchange is not necessary. I have returned from Chile. I am beginning a home renovation,by late 2010 I hope to also have a swap to my city of Newcastle. Great beaches, famous Hunter valley vineyards. 2.5hrs. coastal train ride from Sydney.

Situated in the Bellas Artes, Lastarria district. Walk everywhere. Restaurantes, museums, metro. Only 1hr. to the ski slopes of Santiago. Great wineries.
