About our home
Spacious and sufficient of privacy for even 2 families with maximum 12 people, very calm as it locates inside the AAAAA grade national tourism preserved area. It has wireless internet with high speed, also it has a second floor where there are another 3 small rooms suitable for children.
It is cool enough as it is so spacious, and calm and fresh air is its outstanding priority among all other features. We have a balcony and on it you can do barbique's and see sunset on the chair.

I am warm hearted, have lots of friends and they consider my home as their free hotel during summer time, which I like very much as I am happy to stay with my friends.
If you like I can accompany you and your family during your stay here. Of course if you like to enjoy enough privacy then no problem as I have another house to stay, which is in the same city.
I do international business for 18 years, so would like to offer help to foreigners even if they don't have a free house for me, depends on the acquaintency with them.
My wife needs more privacy, but she is so warm hearted and kind that she will never refuse to offer helps to others. She is an expert in real estate business and knows lots of things about house business. If you want to buy house in China no doubts she could be helpful, hahaha! (just kidding).

Where is it?
Neighbourhood
It is inside tourist resort and lots of green grass and trees around, and it is closed block so it is free of noise and very safe for parking and walking with children (not like some city street where too much car traffic). It is 15 minutes from beach by walk, which is the most famous beach in Northeast China. And nearby there is modern agricultural show farm where you can pick strawberry and cherry, etc. (need to pay the ticket as it is commercial operation).
It has 2 golf courts nearby and only 10 minutes by car. There is also a theme park where is the paradise for children.
