About our home

College provided 3 bedroom apartment/penthouse nested in the countryside of Guangzhou city, quiet yet convenience to access to downtown Guangzhou for sightseeing.Downstairs:1 bedroom with a full-size bed, 1 bathroom, living room with dinning area combo, kitchen, large balcony, patio, all appliances: gas burner, microwave, fridge, A/C, fan, TV, washer, Internet access, phone, furniture; Upstairs: Master bedroom with queen size bed and A/C, kids bedroom with a bunkbed and A/C, 2 internet hookups, 1 bathroom with shower only plus toilet and powder area, patio, balcony.
Downstairs are small convenience stores for daily use, bus stop is there too to bring you to downtown Guangzhou for sightseeing--it's only RMB14 one way for an hour+ riding. security guard is on the second floor 24 /7. One bike can be provided if you need.

College employee residential area with some college tenants surrounding by.

We are an ordinary US family who work and study at the college/ primary school--a family with two youngsters. we speak English and Chinese.
