About our home

Would you like to spent next year in Kunming, the spring city of China, and the capital city of Yunnan province the best travel destination in China.

A sunny and fully furnitured apartment looking for a nice person
The apartment has two bedrooms, a living room, dinning room, bathroom and kitchen. It is a well designed modern and artistic living space with all the necessary equipment for living, including a washing machine, cooking appliances ect., even a small electricity oven and toaster. You can expand your lifestyle in east. Definitely a LOVLY HOME.

Ps: an artist studio place ((with 75sqm, in floor hight 4.5m and furnitured) in 5 minutes walk form the home in campus area. If you want also rent it for same period, please contact me.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

The apartment is located in the central area of the campus community (Southwest Forestry University, kunming), which has good excess to public transport and campus parks, and around the area there are various buzzy restaurants with good price, cafes and bars in young style . May you want to have more experience of living in a ordinary city of China , Kunming is a ideal for your exploration for many reasons. Kunming is well-kwon as the spring city of China, and the capital city of the Yunnan province the best tourism destination of China. So why not to stay a year for study Chinese in the everlasting good season as it is possible. More about the community, you can even go to vegetables market to fresh up your eyes and make yourself a good diet.

Public transportation : right at the side of the university entrance there is bus station for the No. 70, No. 75, No. 55 buses. Five minutes walk to the bus Station on the Main Street at Bai-long road, No. 69 to Jian-she road, green lake (international foreigner most like to go there to meet or have a cup of cafe) , No. 47 to Kunming train station. In addition, on the Bai-long road there is an Airport bus Line No. 3.
