About our home

Big beautiful Villa in suburban Shanghai. Very bright with big windows and large open spaces. Living room two-storey, i.e. floor to roof, with fireplace. Separate dining space with open kitchen. Downstairs two bedrooms, one of these with own bathroom. Downstairs also guest toilet. Upstairs two bedrooms, one of these with own bathroom and additionally big master bedroom with ensuite bathroom (jacuzzi, shower and two sinks). TV space also upstairs as well as two balconies. Wooden terrace with table and chairs. Garden with lawn.

Villa is fully furnished. Well suited for one big family or even two smaller ones.

  1. We're a Finnish family with three small children. We have not done a home exchange before, but this would seem to be a convenient way to get back home for the summer or maybe to see the world for shorter periods wherever.

Neighbourhood

Peaceful and beautiful green compound with 24/7 security. The area is filled with nice gardens, big villas and some apartment buildings. On the compound there is a club house with children's playroom, gym, squash court, swimmingpool, pool table. The compound also has two tennis courts and a big playground for children as well as a Chinese restaurant and a small convenience store.
