About our home

Our place is a very comfortable apartment with 3 bedrooms, a large living room, a study room with ADSL and computer, in a recent building surrounding by a garden.
Our maid comes daily caring of housekeeping and laundry.
Our assistant would care about your local organization and visit.

My name is Elisabeth and My husband is Jerome, we are French, in our 40's. We are both living in Shanghai since 2006, and working in China since 1993.
I am French Teacher at Eurocampus and Jerome is Managing director of a consulting firm.
We have two children Bastien 16 years and Guylaine 21 years (studying at Paris). We are both non smokers.

Conveniently located in Hongqiao residential area at the center of Shanghai, at walking distance to expatriate shopping, supermarkets for expatriates and food streets in a open and quiet district. at 10 min to Central Shanghai.
Taxis, the easiest way to travel downtown, are available in 5min through overnight English services and alternatively bus-stops are at 5min walking distance.
Shanghai is rich of exotic spots to enjoy by walking and biking. We will provide you with all our secret circuits to discover the genuine city, starting from our place.
Shanghai also is a great shopping place and following our shops list you will probably go back home with over weighted luggage.
From home you have easy access by car and train to picturesque water villages and famous Suzhou and Hangzhou spots.
