About our home

Our home is 300 sqm furnished home on four levels. Three bedrooms on second level, Master bedroom on third floor and bachelor flat on top floor. On the ground floor, open living and dining area, a bathroom and good size kitchen. There is resort style pool commonly used by the residents a step away from our backyard. We have three TVs, high speed internet, two bikes and one cat. Wii games for young children. The garden is small, but pool areas can be used as sitting areas. Taxi can be arranged by the compound any time. It is cheap to get round in taxi in Shanghai.

More about us

We are professional couple moved to Shanghai from Canada in 2006 on working assignment. We have two children, 18 and 15. Our 18 years old has gone back to Canada attending University. Our daughter is attending high school here in Shanghai. We always enjoy travel with our children. However, it is a time to enjoy ourselves.

Neighbourhood

We are expats living in Shanghai. Our home is in exclusively expat living compound, with 126 residents. Many children under age of 15 are living in the compound. There are several super market nears by and a local famer market across from the compound. Shanghai Zoo is 10 minutes away from our home. It is quiet place in the hustling city of Shanghai.
