Very convenient safe 2bedrooms Condo in City CBD 1KM far from HongKong

Our home is a two bedrooms Condo in City CBD of YANTIAN DISTRICT,SHENZHEN CITY..We bought this new Condo in 2013, The Condo have two bedrooms,one bedroom have one double bed,and another bedroom now we use as a family library for reading or writing,there is a Retractable bed (it is a Sofa when no open ),So the most comfortable people number is 2 or 3,if you have 4 or 5 or 6 people and you don't mind the Space we can add the bed for you ,i think Maximum 6people can live. From our home to HONGKONG just need Bus 10minites,if you like walk,just need 30minites walk then ok,so you can cross HONGKONG and SHENZHEN easy,if you want,you can go to HONGKONG everyday.
Very safe and convenient 24houres security guard in this building, Police station ,YANTIAN DISTRICT GOVERNMENT , Hospital ,bus station, Supermarket ,KFC,MacDonald,Pizza hut,Starbucks,library all nearby.
Our Home near sea and near mountain .a small Park beside,you can walk 7minites to seaside,you can bus 10minites to many Beach Park ,For Example： DAMEISHA,XIAOMEISHA,XICHONG,
There are WUTONG mountain and MaLan mountain for you to climb ,very beautiful,if you like you can climb everyday,because we live the mountain foot. The Full name is"Wutong Mountain national Forest Park"
There are TV,INTERNET,fridges and freezers, air conditioner,washing machine,Auto Wash,Gas water heater,Gas cookers,you can cook yourself or go to restaurant ,cost all very cheap.
And we have another 3bedrooms home in a University of CHANGSHA HUNAN PROVINCE in CHINA,it live very comfortable,So if you want to travel to Hunan province too,it's ok,two home all open for you anytime,Welcome all ages and all countries friends anytime !
