About our home

It is an two-room apartment with a cozy living room in the residential complex of Xi'an International Studies Unversity, where you will definitely find the Chinese professors or studetents who speak the same language(s) as you do and enjoy the quiet and safe atmosphere within the university campus.

Our neighbourhood is a university residential complex and it is safe, clean and most important of all, quiet.

Xi'an is the historical capital of China with 3000 years history, and was the capital for 14 dynasties before Beijing. We are living in the educational part, i.e. southern part of the city where universities are concentrated. Quite conveniet (10 min on foot) to supermarket, open market, and is 15 min to downtown by bus, 1 hour to the wordly famous Terro-cotta Warriors and Horses and other historical heritages, 40 min by bus directly to Xian Train Station and 1.5 by coach to Xi'an International Airport.

I am English teaching working in the university and now doing my Ph.D study in Brussels and will move to Paris from September 2008 to February 2009. My wife will come this September and our appartment will be vacant.

I am speaking English, Chinese and French, and my wife, who is also an English teacher in the university, speaks English, Chinese and Japanese.
