About our home

Our condo is sunny with all rooms overlooking the mountains. The rooms are spacious, newly furnished, with a large master bedroom with a king bed and private bath, twin beds in the second bedroom, separate dining room, den with pull-out sofa beds, large living room with a southeast exposure and balcony overlooking the mountains. The building is a beautiful and quiet 8 story condo with a swimming pool on the main deck. There are many amenities including a sauna, exercise room and squash room.

My wife is a lawyer, 38 years old, studying international laws. I am an 60´s engineer, Ph.D., who is teaching in a local university. We do not smoke and love traveling. We also love to share room with known people.

Medellin is beautiful city, named the city of eternal spring. Is located in an area of fine restaurants, shops, and sport activities. There are miles of beautiful mountains for long walks. There are fine restaurants, grocery stores, museums, pharmacies within walking distance.
