We are Sharyn and Mike Evron, former New Yorkers currently residing in Atenas, Costa Rica.
While Mike is the intellectual and Sharyn is a bit more interested in Entertainment tonight, we do share a passion for good food, wine and travel. It is through these passions that we forged a relationship which eventually led to us get married in 2004.
During our time together we have eaten in hundreds of restaurants around the world, drank hundreds of bottles of wine (both home and abroad) and have expanded our world to various destinations including: Italy, London, Bali, Poland, Romania, Spain, Croatia, Hungary, Dominican Republic, and of course our newly adopted home of Costa Rica.
Our move to Costa Rica is affording us the lifestyle which will enable us to explore more of the world and share our experiences with others.
As such, we travel quite a bit. And, since Sharyn is an amateur photographer and Mike is a professional geek, we decided to start our own website (www.sharynandmike.com). There we have shared our travel photos, some anecdotes and lessons learned from our travels, restaurant and hotel reviews, and general travel tips.
We speak fluent English, and Mike speaks fluent Hebrew and excellent broken Spanish.
