About our home

Three story apartment / town house with modern kitchen, air conditioning, terrace.
Kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom on ground floor.
Living room with large balcony on first floor with sea views of the Bol coast and the pretty Bol village and also mountain views of Vidova Gora.

The apartment is located a 10 minute walk to the sea front and a 5 minute to Bol town centre. The world famous Zlatni Rat beach, regularly listed as one of the top beaches in Europe, is only 1.5 km away.
The apartment is located within a quiet area that is within minutes walk of several restaurants, including Ranc Restaurant, listed as #2 of 34 restaurants in Bol and supermarkets for those nights when you prefer to hang out on the spacious terrace and enjoy the sea view and the balmy Bol nights.
Bol is famous for its crystal clear waters that are perfect for swimming, snorkeling, sailing and wind surfing. For younger family members there is Zlatni Rat Sports Park, an inflatable playground, located in the shallow sea waters near Zlatni Rat, which is a great fun place for all ages, from 6 years and up.

Buzzy restaurants
Bol has a wide range of bustling restaurants. Here the fish is fresh off the boat, the olive oil locally produced. Explore the wide range of old taverns, konobas serving lamb in the traditional age-old Dalmatian way...or simply pop into one of many excellent pizzerias.
Cool bars
Varadero, Auro, YOLO, Bolero, and for those looking for something more traditional there is a weekly Fisherman Night every Wed in summer, which includes a live band and traditional singing and many stands with local made souvenirs for sale.

Retail therapy
Brac Stone is world famous and many shops sell souvenirs made from polished Brac Stone. Brac is also renowned for its wine, Stina Winery, is highly recommend for a visit and to pick up some world class wine.
Bit of culture
Brac is the home to many interesting sites such as a Hermitage sites, Dragons Cave and Hermitage Blaca. Brac is famous for its stone, which is white marble. There is a stonemason school located in Pucisca, which is one of the few in the world.
Walks in the park
Bol is full of natural beauty and many of the beaches are surrounded by pine trees, the simple stroll from the town of Bol to the many beaches located near the town leads you through avenues of beautiful fragrant pine trees.
Spot of exercise
Brac is a haven for outdoor activities...for those interested in hiking, the Vidova Gora , the highest point, not only on the island of Brac, but of all the Adriatic islands and it is located in Bol, within easy access of the apartment. For those who would rather cycle to the top, there are mountain biking trails that are located around the Vidora Gora that have spectacular sea views. For those who would rather be in the sea than admire it, Bol offers sea kayaking, windsurfing, scuba diving, and swimming...in a submarine pen !
Day tripping
Day trips to Hvar are possible from Bol and there is a daily hydrofoil service to Split, the second largest city of Croatia and famous for the remains of the Roman era Diocletian’s Place and the beautiful Riva
