About our home

Available for Swap, Points or Rent!

We worked on this small piece of heaven for over a year and invested a lot of time and love into it. We will continue working on it!

This tiny home has 2 bedrooms, one double and one triple (but the third bed can be used as storage). In addition to that, the living room/kitchen has a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 more people. But for optimum comfort, we suggest 4-5 people.
The kitchen has a gas stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, french press, water filter jug and all pots and pans, as well as cutlery, cups and mugs.

While pretty basic and sustainable, it does offer some modern commodities! There is A/C, wifi and a kettle.

Outside, there is a patio below the pine trees, with a child swing. Perfect for a coffee break, reading a book or enjoying a glass of wine. There is also a shaded terrace with a picnic bench and swinging chair.

We have a barbecue, outdoor shower, parking space and a fruit and veg garden. You can also use our Renault Twingo to get around Brac easily!
You can see more photos and reviews if you search for 'Eco tiny home with a stunning view!' online.

There are no immediate neighbours, so you won't bother anyone with slightly louder music, singing, laughing...

We don't live on the island, so you will be on your own. We do have family and friends in the village so if there's any emergency or you need help with something, they will be there to help.

Mirca is a small and peaceful village 10 min by car from the biggest town and port on Brac Island, Supetar.

In the past, the village was a place of olive and grape growers and fishermen. Today, some families still keep the tradition alive, but many have turned to hospitality industry, by managing private holiday rentals.

There's a cafe/beach bar, two taverns and a mini-market. For everything else, there is Supetar. Lidl is 10 minutes car drive from our house.

The local (pebbled) beach is clean and safe. At that same beach, there are moors so if you rent a boat, you can keep it there.

You can see the beach on Youtube, just add this extension: /watch?v=f4IRcLJIZA0

In the nearby town called Sutivan, there is a lovely mini nature's park and a petting zoo. Great for a picnic with kids.
In Supetar, there are a lot of activities for kids in the summer.

Other activities available:
- In Supetar: diving school, swimming pool, wellness, tennis courts, boat and scooter rentals
- Day trip to Bol, Postira or a hike to Vidova Gora
- Visit to old Monastery, built in the mountain, called Dolina Blaca
- Visits to old stone quarries (Brac stone is regarded as one of the best quality as was used to build Diocletian's Palace and a part of the White House in D.C.
- Following olive paths and olive oil tasting
- Cycling

You can find out more about Brac and things to do if you visit 'VisitBrac' website.

The bus stop is located in centre of the town, at the intersection, from where you can get a bus to other villages on the island, including Supetar. Bus goes couple of times a day. There are also car rentals and taxis in Supetar.
