ABOUT THE APARTMENT

Lovely & clean apartment in Novalja is perfect for your relaxed vacation, equipped with everything you might need! We do not live in this place, we rent it to tourists, but also use it for home exchange.

The apartment is on the first floor. 45 m2 of living area plus terrace is 8 m2. It has 2 bedrooms, a living room (with sleeping possibility for one extra person or two children), a kitchen (detachable from living room by a curtain), a bathroom (with shower and toilet) and a terrace. You also get your designated parking space.

WHEN TO VISIT NOVALJA - not the same all year round

Please, have in mind that Novalja is a summer destination. Spending winter months there isn't that appealing unless you need a solitary place to rest your soul (or write a book!). Most of the stores and restaurants are closed for the winter and there is not much to do there. Also, there is no heating in the apartment, except from the air-conditioner, which can be enough during normal winters. Over the summer, Novalja is a very popular tourist and party place, but over the winter, it is just a small fishermen village.

You might want to skip the high season when Novalja is cramped with tourists and when it gets quite hot. May, June and September are months with good and warm (but not too hot!) weather, just without so many tourists. April and October are also ok to visit, but most restaurants and stores will be closed as there won't be as many people.

Besides apartment in Novalja, we can on occasions exchange our apartment in Zagreb, contact me for more details and photos.

More about us

  1. We are Zoran and Lora, nurturing our love for more than 17 years. We run an IT agency developing web and mobile solutions.

We are cheerful people, very responsible, clean and would take care of your home better than our own, as we are aware we would be guests at your place. We do need a good wi fi connection for our work, though.

Neighbourhood

Far from the city noise (trust me, it's extremely loud in the city!) the apartment is located at 20 mins by foot from the city centre (or take a bus), but is close to the sea - small beach at 300m from the apartment and charming sandy bay "Babe" at 10 mins by foot.

Novalja is indeed a small city for everyone's taste - it offers wild night amusement for the youth, a lot of beautiful beaches for families with children as well as hidden bays and sceneries for more adventurous spirits. With its gastronomic (famous sheep cheese from Pag), culture-historical (Roman aqueduct and sunken town Caska) and even science-fiction (the mysterious "triangle of Pag") offers, Novalja promises a relaxation you may have dreamt about.
