The renovated old house in the centre of the old town Starigrad on Hvar. Three separated appartments (each with a separate toilet and shower), a double bed, TV, phone, dial-up Internet, a nice loggia and a terrace (with a common table in the loggia), covered by Mediterranean flora (mostly grapes). Easy to get by ferry from Split, bathing in Starigrad or in Jelsa (bike, car or bus). Surrounded by preserved and renovated old houses, vicinity of all facilities (Starigrad is a big tourist place)... It could house three families (couples), but it also funcions well for a single one (common stairs).
In the centre - pedestrian zone, on a very small square, quiet (the house has its own walls that keep the busybodies out). Short walk to all facilities (transport, groceries, pubs, newsstands). It is situated at Skvor (a square) at the bottom corner of the areal picture of Starigrd.
I am writing this on behalf of my parents who do not use Internet. I am 48, they are 70, but they are very energetic, so THEY would like to exchange the appartments (a house), and travel elsewhere. They do not smoke, do not have pets... I am a professor of sociology in Zagreb, and they are retired, of course.
