About our home

The apartment was rebuilt a couple years ago, is fully furnished and equipped for every-day life needs. It is located 3 tram stops from the Prague castle, surrounded by several parks reachable within minutes by walk (the closest one is situated in front of the apartment). The district belongs to the historically older districts, hence beautiful buildings with high ceilings.

We have also access to a inner-block garden where one can do a barbecue or just enjoy reading a newspaper sipping out of his coffee cup.

The flat can become a home to 4-5 people but it is mostly comfortable for a single couple with a kid or two.

Where is it?

A bit of history, architecture and a good beer
A walk through Brevnov is quite undemanding, but offers a surprising variety of terrain and architecture. It’s ideally suited for beer-loving history buffs, as it begins and ends at two monasteries where excellent beer has been brewed since time immemorial. From the Baroque Břevnov Monastery and its gardens, one can walk through a tidy Communist-era housing estate to a charming village, around an old vineyard farmstead and on to Strahov Monastery with its famous library and picture gallery. Finally, you would be rewarded with a stunning view of Prague’s historical centre.

There's a place across the street which offers a gym, a pool and a sauna. 100m further there is a newly reconstructed centre offering tennis courts and some more.
