About our home

Bright, cozy apartment in the popular up-swing district of Holešovice, which is part of the wider Prague center. There are many excellent restaurants, cafes, theaters and the popular DOX Center for Contemporary Art in the neighborhood. Walking along the Vltava river the Old Town or via Letna to Prague Castle can be easily reached. Excellent transport links with the whole Prague (tram, metro).

The apartment has been completely renovated several years ago and provides all the comfort of a city apartment. It is located on the third floor of the so-called "workers' house", a functionalist apartment building from the 1920s, which is part of a larger architectural unit. It is an excellent example of the acrchitecture of the period. The windows of the apartment are towards a quiet street, so although located in the city center, the apartment is very quiet and provides undisturbed rest.

Within walking distance of the apartment there are some of the best rated Prague restaurants (eg SaSaZu) and also a popular Prague market halls with a permanent local market, which offers a range of products from Czech farmers and craft producers from the wider area of Prague. There is also the possibility of sports (running trails, fitness centers, swimming pool with sauna, bowling, tennis, squash, badminton, etc.).

Holešovice is part of the wider center of Prague, so the transport accessibility is excellent (tram, metro, bus). The journey to other parts of the Prague center, to the most famous monuments or cultural institutions usually takes less than 20 minutes.
