About our home

Step outside the door of this charming historic 4-bedroom 4-bathroom villa and you will find yourself in Malá Strana, one of the most romantic parts of Prague on one side and in Hradcany the castle area on the other. The home has a lovely 1500 m2 garden and offers breathtaking views of Prague Castle and Strahov Monastery. On the ground floor there is a unique gothic reception room with a working fireplace, a study, bathroom and gym area). The 1st floor features a fully fitted kitchen, dining room, living room with access to a 40 m2 terrace, bedroom and dressing room, heated winter garden, and 2 bathrooms. There are 3 further bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper floor. Historic Quiet green location, set in a runner's paradise, only steps from the Prague Castle, and yet less than 10 minutes walk to Charles Bridge. Restaurants, bars and shops are less than 10 minutes walk but hidden from sight and ear shot. This is an absolutely unique property in the Centre of Prague with a wonderful outside entertainment area (with barbecue and seating) used on many occasions for some of the best celebrations in Prague. This house sets you in the middle of Prague's tourist sites but with space to for all of the family both inside and out.
The house is situated in one of the City's safest areas, on the same street as the US, German, Irish embassies and indeed the Italian house of culture.
All mod cons available including UK/ US/German/French/Spanish/Italian and more tv channels and high-speed internet.
Bring your family to this wonderful house and enjoy Prague's old world charm from the heart of the City. We cannot wait to tell you more about it and are just waiting to add a few more pictures of the inside of the house. It won't disappoint!

Neighbourhood

On the same street as the US, German and Irish embassies the house is situated in a dream setting. Far enough to have absolute privacy from everyone and everything and yet steps away from some of the main tourist attractions such as Prague Castle, Petrin Hill and tower and Strahov monastery. Watch the nuns walk by as you stroll to the local restaurants or down to Charles Bridge which is an easy walk. For those who like to run the back garden gate opens into a delight of miles and miles of woodland trails and walking paths. Ideal too for those who simply like to walk.
Prague is split into districts with Prague 1 being in the Centre. The house is located in the Centre and borders both Mala Strana (the lesser quarter, renowned for its beautiful architecture) and Hradcany, the castle district. Both are steps away. Our friends ask to host parties on our wonderful terrace because of its unique view and setting. Do please feel free to ask for further information
