Neighbourhood

Our house is situated in very quiet area surrounded with nature near subway station Nove Butovice. Historic town center is within 10min by subway (which is clean and safe). All other interested places within city can by also reach by very good public transport so no need of using car within the city.

Prague is home to a number of well-known cultural attractions, many of which survived the violence and destruction of 20th-century Europe. Main attractions include Prague Castle, Charles Bridge, Old Town Square with the Prague astronomical clock, the Jewish Quarter, Petřín hill and Vyšehrad. Since 1992, the extensive historic centre of Prague has been included in the UNESCO list of World Heritage Sites.

One can also want to visit beautiful countryside with castles (Karsten, Krivoklat, ...) within 1/2 hour drive or and historic city Cesky Krumlov (UNESCO) - 2 hours drive.
