About our home

My flat has unique dispositions, The loft is a part of a newly renovated former industrial building and its triplex (has 3 floors). Its fully equipped.
On 3rd floor is bedroom with 160 cm wide bed with Magniflex medical mattress and pillows and bigger bathroom.
On 2nd floor is living room with sofa bed with 180 cm wide mattress, other bathroom and kitchen where is other sofa bed with 90 cm wide mattress. So in flat can sleep 5 people. Usually come to my home just 4 people but if you would be 5 I would place the single sofa bed from kitchen to the living room.
There is beautiful private garden just for residents of our house.
There is lift.
I have cable TV, DVD player, WI-FI internet connection. There are 24/7 security guards and CCTV.
Garage. Vespa or bikes are available.

Karlin is one of the fastest growing borough of Prague. The flood devastated this neighborhood 11 years ago. Therefore, there are almost all the houses renovated or built new. Much of the new construction was awarded in architectural competitions. And just this - there is blending of the new with the old - makes from Karlin very extraordinary district. There is a lot of great and renowned places.
What I love in this area is beautiful unique Church of Saints Cyril and Methodius on Karlin square and farmers markets that take place here every Saturday from 8.30 to 14.00 and you can find there everything local, fresh and usually oraganic.
There is of course supermarket, bakery, chemists, pharmacy, electro, post etc. all within 500 m.
Finally it is 1km so its walking distance 10 - 15 min from historical centre of Prague where is all famous sights, museums, shopping streets.
Public transport is 400 m and its 2 - 4 stops to historical center, it deppends what do you want to see (every stop in Prague metro takes 2 minutes) so you could be already in 8 minutes from house in historical centre. Even to Prague Castle its just 5 stops. The tram station is 400 m from house as well if you dont want to travel underground.
