About our home

Our spacious 3 bedroom penthouse apartment is situated in the heart of Prague with an amazing view over the roofs towards Old Town and Prague Castle. The building is listed and has been fully renovated 5 years ago. On the 1.floor there is a living/dining room plus fully equiped kitchen, a master bedroom with an ensuite shower/wc plus a children's room with plenty of toys. There's an extra shower/wc. On the 2.floor there is another bedroom with a spacious shower/wc. The furniture is new and modern.

We are a family of 3. Me, Boris 37 years old, selfemployed, my wife Mila, 37 manager and our daughter Alisa, 10 years old. We are very easygoing and like to travel and to meet different people. Where is it?

Neighbourhood

The apartment is located in the Vinohrady quater("Royal Vineyards"), named by the influential weekly "The Prague Post" to be the best neigbourhood to live in Prague (in 2005). Our street is green and quiet. All the main places of interest are within a walking distance: 15min. walk to Wenceslas square, 30 min. to Old Town, or you can use the nearby Metro or tram /2 stops to the places above/. We have two beautifull parks nearby, aswell as plenty of nice and cozy restaurants great for some fine dining, not to mention some of the best nightclubs and bars in Prague.
