About our home

Our penthouse is situated on the top floor of an exclusive apartment building (built in 1896, and fully renovated couple of years ago) with 1 apartment per floor.
It spreads over 2 floors. On the lover floor is kitchen, living & dining with table which can sit up to 8 people. Also on the lower level are 3 bedrooms (Two of them with an en-suite) and one separate bathrooms & laundry. On the top floor is study & sauna with shower.
Total area is 190 m2.
Master bedroom has a king size bed, second bedroom has a double bed and third bedroom has 2 single beds.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

This modern penthouse located appx. 10 minutes walk from the Historical center of Prague. There you can find plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, pubs with famous Czech beer on the tap as well as museums, galleries, theaters & concert halls.
Famous Prague Castle is approximately 20 minutes walk from the apartment.
Around the corner from the apartment is a Petrin park with a famous look out tower at it's top with a view over the whole Prague.
Prague is famous for it's great and unspoiled architecture from 9th century until today.
Everything is a walking distance from the apartment, you don't need a car. But if you get tired, there is a great web of a public transport or cheep taxis.
Gorgeous Karlstein castle with its golf course is about 40 minutes drive. Plenty of opportunities to play a game of tennis, if you like.
