We have a very nice house in the exclusive green residential area near Prague castle and City centre. Ground floor that has separate entrance is rented. Our family with 4 kids lives on the next 2 floors. The house has its historical spirit and also is very friendly for living and we really enjoy it very much. We have also a garden were we spend a lot of free time during warm days.

This house, in a nice neighbourhood, is like an oasis in a big city; big garden, lovely terrace, plenty rooms and a nice atmosphere. The family did everything to make us feel welcome. Our kids loved how easy it was to take a tram or metro into town. If you get the chance to exchange; take it!”
“Lâ échange de maison avec Daniela, Jan nous a enchanté. Nous avons passé deux excellentes semaines dans leur maison de ville (Prague 6. idéalement placée pour découvrir la région) très confortable, lumineuse; avec un jardin et dans laquelle Eliott (10 ans) ne c'est pas ennuyé un instant. Prague est une ville à visiter in and out, architecture, monuments subliment et beaucoup de sculpture à voir dans la ville!! Ne Comptez pas sur votre français!! L'anglais est nécessaire. My wife and me are medical doctors spending a lot of time in hospital but trying to be as much as possible with our growing kids. We like to travel around the world on our vacation.
In July 2020 we would like to go for 2-4 weeks to mountains (hiking) and combine it with sea and visiting some nice countryside (eg South England, Italy, Croatia, Slovenia, France, Great Britain, Switzerland, Austria)
The residential area is covering roughly 4 square km and is neighbouring with the Hradcany District that is actually the Prague Castle. There are plenty of other villas around us with nice gardens and old trees. The grocery store and tram are 5 minutes by walk and the foot trip to the castle takes 20 minutes.
