About our home

This is our second apartment. We usually rent it on airbnb. Therefore we can do both simultaneous and non-simultaneous exchanges, as long as the dates haven't been booked by someone else. We love the apartment, we've spent a year reconstructing it and we plan to live there in the future. We've been renting it on airbnb since January 2017 and so far we got all 5* reviews.

It has a bathroom and two bedrooms with double beds downstairs, and a second bathroom, kitchen, living room and terrace upstairs. The bathrooms have high-standard ammenities with designer tiles and an air-massage hot tub upstairs.

There's internet with wifi, and a smart TV with Netflix and Spotify in the livingroom.

The apartment is not suitable for small children because of the stairs and the terrace which has roof access. We're interested in exchange with polite people coming to Prague for holiday or business who will treat the apartment well.

The apartment is located on the border of two popular residential neighbourhoods: Žižkov and Vinohrady. Both are quite cosmopolitan and popular among young professionals, students and expats. There are also many hotels and it's easy to get around speaking only English. Žižkov, historically a working-class neighbourhood, lies on a hilly terrain with crooked streets and the highest "pubs per population" ratio in Prague. Neighbouring Vinohrady, historically a classy neighbourhood with wide boulevards, is full of cafes, startups and boutique stores. The location of the apartment has a bit of both. The street is lined with trees and there are many beautiful historical apartment buildings. Just a block downhill, you will already see typical Žižkov streets.
