About our home

The apartment is placed in a back house on the top floor. There is a living room with two small sofas that can be turned in to beds if necessary and a bedroom with a queen size bed. A kitchen and a bathroom. All though it is a small apartment it has all things needed. There is a washing machine and a dryer in the basement.
As you can see on the picture the train is passing close by, but it is only 3 wagons once or twice in an hour and not during the night.

More about us

  1. I'm a teacher at a local school, and I have two daughters age 23 and 24. They are living in the same town as I. I love to travel and enjoy the possibility of experience a new area in a more personal way by exchanging homes. Sometimes I travel with both my daughters, but I also travel with only one of them or with a good friend.

The apartment is placed in the old part of Aalborg and very close to the fjord. The city center is only a few minutes walk away and there is restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. There are two outside swimming pools and one inside close by. Aalborg is the 3. biggest town in Denmark and you can visit the Utzon Center and the newly opened music house at the waterfront or Kunsten museum of modern art. There is also the Zoo or if you are interested in the vikings - Lindholm Høje.

In the summer there is a special bus driving to Fårup Sommerland
