About our home

Our home is an attractive townhouse appartment, close to the center of Copenhagen.
The appartment is on the ground floor, and you have access to a lovely garden and a courtyard with a basketball net, possibility of grill, small private spaces for dining etc.

We live in a light and unpretentious mix of modern and vintage furniture. The appartment has 3 bedrooms. Kitchen / Diningroom and Livingroom divides the home into separate sections, which makes it easy for making two extra beds.

More about us

  1. We are a couple in our 40-ties who works freelance as a music composer and designer. We love to go running or biking in our city. Our two children, age 13 and 16, boy and girl are interrested in computers, music, horses and nature. They attend a local school. In our vacations we travel to other cities to look at art, history and architecture. Or we go hiking in the nature both summer and winter.

We like to travel all over the world and go hiking/biking/kanoing/skiing/riding i the wilderness, but we also interrested in the history and art of both living and dead culture in cities around the world.

Neighbourhood

Frederiksberg is a small municipality within Copenhagen. The house is situated on a quiet street 1 km from The Town Hall Square, Tivoli Gardens and The Central Station. (10 min. walk)
At the end of our street is a nice area, with lots of good cafees and restaurants, and little local shops. Close by, you can also find one of Copenhagen’s finest small parks, belonging to the Royal Agricultural College, and the beautiful lakes of Copenhagen, which are great for long walks to other parts of the city. At the same time you are close to the local “Meat Pack District”, with all its small cafes and shops.

It takes aprox. 30 minutes to get to the airport: A 10 minutes walk and a 20 minutes ride with the Metro.

You can use our bikes and we can also exchange our car, if you are interrested (Citroen C3, manual shift).
