About our home

My home is a loft with an outstanding view. From the terrace you see the beautiful historical towers of Copenhagen city center. The terrace has morning sun. The Balcony afternoon and evening sun. The home is located in Frederiksberg, which is a green luxery area in Copenhagen city. Some years ago it was the famous Danish painter Per Kirkebys home and workspace. The apartment has three bedrooms, a living room (with 5 meters to the ceiling), open kitchen, terrace, balcony and separate bath and toilet. Its not a standard home. Its bohemian with all needed equipments for a modern life.

More about us

  1. Previously, I have been working for the Danish Government. Now I own my own company Black Swan Institute - specialized in leadership of risks. I'm the mother of three children. Silvia 11, Gabriel 13 and August 16. I have made nearly ten home exchanges so far. All with great success. I expect primarily to exchange home without the children. However it depends on the duration and destination of the exchange. If im not travelling with the children, I will bring friends.

Where is it?

The apartment is in a green area in Copenhagen called Frederiksberg. It in a walking distance to the Copenhagen lakes, Frederiksberg castle and Garden and a royal botanic garden. Some bikes can be included in the exchange. There is very good restaurants surrounding the place. From expensive Michelin restaurants to excellent take away. Ideally located to see Copenhagen and take a break during the day. Also easy to go north to vist the exclusive sea side. Only 10 minutes to the beach. 15 minutes by metro to Copenhagen Airport. Copenhagen also has interesting architecture and a Danish Design Center.
