Our house has 3 bedrooms, office room (can be turned into a bedroom), bathroom, guest wc, kitchen, spacious living room, hall and entrance. The house was almost totally renovated in 2007 and is filled with light. In the spring/summer you can also enjoy the long daylight while relaxing on the terrace with barbecue or in the garden.

Neighbourhood

Our home is located at the north coast of Zealand. The area is known as the most beatiful nature area in Denmark with forrests, beaches and pictoresque landscapes. Along the coast you will find a number of small towns, summer houses and good restaurants serving both Danish and international cuisine. Many places horses are grassing as a lot of people in this part of Denmark have horses. Copenhagen with its museums, galleries and shops is just 45 min. drive or 1 hour by train. In Copenhagen we would also recommend you to visit the amusement park Tivoli, the little mermaid and the National Museum of Art. The Hamlet's castle (Kronborg) is 1 hour drive away. Also the city of Hillerod, 15 km from our home, has its own castle (Frederiksborg) that you shouldn't miss while staying in Denmark. Further information about both castles is available here: http://www.ses.dk/en/SlotteOgHaver/Slotte/Kronborg.aspx http://www.frederiksborgmuseet.dk/default.asp
The forrest 5 min drive away is really great and you can take some long walks there. Beaches at the north coast are the best in Denmark. Very clean, child friendly and never overcrowded. Also we would reccommend you to explore the area around on a bike. We have bikes in many different sizes. It is also possible to do golfing as there is a good golf club just 1 km away. The area we live in has a lot activities for both adults and children.
For instance the Tivoli Gardens:

The Museum of Modern Art Louisiana:

and the Experimentarium with exhibitions for children and everyone else:

We will prepare a guide for you with places and attraction that are worth visiting.
