About our home

Our house was built in 1980. There are 2 bedrooms with single beds and 2 bedrooms with double beds. We are a family with children aged 15, 13 and 8 years old. The house fits perfect for families up to 5 people. There are two bathrooms, 1 with shower. Livingroom with TV (including Netflix) and kitchen with all kinds of kitchen Utensils and a dishwasher. The laundry room includes a washing machine and a dryer. The garden and terrace is sunny in summertime and a lovely place to relax. There is an outdoor pizza oven and a gas grill at the terrace. The area is very children-friendly with four playgrounds at a short walking distance, one of them right in front of the front door, including outdoor table tennis. Right behind our garden is a football ground. The house is situated close to the forest and with 8 minutes by car to a nearby town with a beautiful castle, lake and midtown. The House is 25 minutes away from Copenhagen by car and is also easily reached by train. Beaches at both north and at east is a 30 minutes drive away. The house is a non-smoking home. Pets are welcome.

The House is situated outside Hillerød, which is one of the bigger towns in North Sealand. There is rich posssibilities for shopping, going to cafe’s, restaurants, cinemas etc.

In mid town you won’t miss Frederiksborg Castle, which is from the early century. There is a sculptured garden at The castle as well and a lake with a little ferry sailing at summer time.

"You Sushi" near the train station is a favourite - otherwise we prefer going to Copenhagen to enjoy a good meal out.
