“We had a wonderful and relaxing winter holiday at Line's family's home. The area is very quiet with a nice view over the fields but also close to everything you need. Unfortunately Legoland, the zoo etc. was closed due to Covid during our stay, but it is a very good point of departure for all these visits. We will have to come back to visit the Jelling centre/museum! There's lots of space, it's a very comfortable and cozy home, and very clean. We enjoyed taking care of the rabbits, and the communication with Line was very good. Only downside was that we didn't get to meet the family, as it was a simultaneous swap, and they seem very nice :) ”
“Everything with this swap was perfect. The house is fantastic, modern, spacious, clean og stylish! The garden is large and fun to play in, and a nice place to relax. The neighborhood in Jelling is quiet and idyllic, and it is only a short drive to many interesting locations like Legoland, Givskud zoo and Vejle. It is also a nice day trip to Aarhus and Odense. The owners, Line and Søren, are very easy and nice to communicate with and they made our stay even better! We loved it there! ”
“Line and Soren's house in Jelling is beautiful, and very spacious, and was the perfect bae for our family holiday to explore this stunning part of Denmark. We loved the layout, and location with views across the wheat fields in a quite neighborhood, on the outskirts of Jelling. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax, and the kitchen was very well equipped with probably the best coffee maker in the world! The location was amazing, and just 25 mins from Billund airport, Legoland and the Legohouse which we visited on our first few days. This was a dream come true for all of us as we all have all loved lego for as long as we can remember. I truly believe that Lego had an influence on my career as an architect, and it was incredible to enjoy the history and fun where it all started. The rest of the week, was more relaxed and we could not believe how lucky we were to be so near the incredible story of the Jelling stones, the lovely museum and the best pancake house we have found ( we went twice) We also enjoyed a really lovey day trip to Vejl and found the free cultural museum with the. "bog lady". I also loved the modern architecture down by the weather side with the wave and the Fjordenhus by World-renowned Danish-Icelandic artist Olafur Eliasson. The nest day we went to "Hopballe Molle" and enjoyed an incredible healthy meal by the lake, and enticing farmhouse shop, which was simply delightful. Another highlight was enjoyed a daily bike ride in the sublime surrounding countryside at different times of the day, and seeing the summer wheat field harvest progress, and lovely variety of Danish houses. We also found the local swimming pool which was totally charming with tramline, an outdoor sauna, and old fashioned string board, 3m and 5m diving boards that the kids loved and even I plucked up the courage to try on the last day. In the evening we enjoyed the comfortable living space and watched "Netflix" movies together which was the perfect end to the day. Overall, this was one of the best love home swaps we have enjoyed with something for everyone in the family. Thanks so much for letting us stay. Jonathan, Heidi, Charlie and Artie ”
“We stayed at Line's house for 4 nights and really liked it. The house itself is beautiful and very well maintained. Kitchen appliances very good and all the interior. The garden is also super comfortable and pretty. The location suited us perfectly, visited Legoland, Givskud Zoo and Odense. It was also a very short drive to the supermarket. Line was always very helpful and easy to reach if needed. Would definitely recommend for families with kids that are on their way to Billund or other near surroundings.”
“Line and Soeren were outstanding guests! Communication with them was perfect! Although I was away during their accomodation there were no problems with anything. Home was left in great condition, nice and clean. I can highly recommend Line and Soeren to all hosts! @Line, Soeren: feel free to visit Krakow again anytime ;). All the best!”
“Simply couldn't ask for a better family to visit your appartment, they can come anytime”
