We are the Peralta Holck's. Our home is a 105 m2 flat in the heart of Copenhagen, in an old historical building, literally right next to the famous canal Nyhavn and the Queens palace. It is a spacious apartment with high ceilings and a great charm. Our home consists of: one master bedroom; large dining room; large living room; children's beedroom; newly renovated kitchen; one separated toilet; and lastly, a newly renovated bathroom. Most of our furniture are expensive designer items or unique collectors items, which reflects our personal style. Our bed, duvets and pillows are of the finest quality. Our kitchen is fully equipped (minus dishwasher) with the best quality pots and pans. The kitchen also includes a Nespresso machine and a cooker (boiling water coming out instantly from the tap). We have internet, large tv package with many tv channels and our Netflix is also connected to the TV. Paid parking is available.
Moreover we have two bicycles available - this is how most people get around in Copenhagen. If you are not much of a biker, metro, train and bus stations are just around the corner. Everything you need is also in walking distance.
We absolutely adore our apartment, since this is where we spend most of our time and we therefore take very good care of it - just as we would do with your home, and what we’d expect from you.
We would love to swap with someone in the USA or Australia. We are looking for a family home, preferably in the city and close to the beach or if there’s a pool available. We would love to swap from everything between 3 weeks to two months from start June 2019 to end August 2019. Mariano would like to take some English classes while we are traveling and it would therefore be a must, that something like this is close by.
Please don't hesitate to contact us for any further information, we would love to hear from you!
Katrine, Mariano & Felipe
(OPS!!! Please be aware that our apartment is on the fourth floor of an old historical building and therefore, no lift is available. It’s quite a lot of steps, but we're sure you’ll manage ;-) )
