Roomy and very cozy apartment. Best place in CPH !

“We had a lovely time at Arne´s place. The apartment was very cozy and spotless clean. The location was fantastic and we could move around easily by bike. The communication was smooth and clear. Arne´s family was kind enough to surprise us with a gift for our baby girl at our arrival in their place. Once back at our place, we found everything perfectly clean and organized. We could barely notice someone had been here. Fantastic experience as our first house swap. We look forward to host them again in the future. ”

“We had a lovely time in this apartment during the summer of 2012. It has a typical Copenhagen 'look and feel' and it is just the perfect location to be. We happily lend the cargobike and drove around town as if we were locals. The neighbors are really nice and helpful. The courtyard was perfect for our little girl to play and she loved the children's room as well. When we got back home our house was left nice and clean, a lovely experience once more!”

“Summer 2011 we spent 3 weeks in Arne and Stephanie's apartment in Copenhagen. It was fantastic! The apartment is located in one of the liveliest areas of Copenhagen with restaurants, cafes, bars, all around, 3 supermarkets around the corner, so close to the canal and walking distance from the city center. The streets around the apartment were always full of people cycling, walking or sitting around in terraces. The apartment is very nicely decorated with a lot of character and perfect for a family of 3 (we are 4 but Arne and Stephanie placed a mattress in the dining room for our eldest son and it worked out perfectly). Our boys loved playing with all the toys they found and discovering the very nice communal courtyard just out of the kitchen door of the apartment. In the courtyard you can sit to relax, have a barbecue, play basket or football, play in the enormous sandpit, ...Arne and Stephanie left us plenty of instructions and great tips as to what places to go to eat out or take away nice food. THe best was going around Copenhagen with their cargo bike where the two boys sat in the front and my husband drove them around and I followed in another bike. We went like this to the city center, to the beach, to the swimming pools by the river, and to so many more places. The city is really children friendly and people are lovely and relaxed. We really enjoyed it and would recommend it to anyone!”

“The flat is great and in a fantastic neighborhood, with all the convenience around. A 10 minutes walk to the downtown area, we had a blast in Copenhagen. Super clean house, and they left ours sparkling. 100% satisfied.”

They were very helpful with everything and prepared information for us, how to get around and what to see. Their house is very nice, bright and inspiring with a well equipped kitchen and very children friendly. A perfect place to explore Kopenhagen with children. It is close to everything in town (museums, shops, market, bakery, port, beaches) and we could get easily to all places by bike. Thanks for the great exchange!”

“Nous avons passé 2 semaines au mois de juillet 2014 dans l'appartement de Arne et Stéphanie à Norrebro dans un faubourg de Copenhague. C'était notre premier échange de maison: une totale réussite. L'appartement est très bien situé dans un quartier animé bobo et cool. Il possède tout le confort, il est très bien décoré ("arty")et possède toutes les commodités. Très facile de rejoindre le centre de Copenhague à vélo ou en bus. Nous n'avons pas eu assez de temps pour tout voir tant il y a de choses à faire à Copenhague et pour les enfants c'est une ville super et sous le soleil en plus. Vraiment une expérience inoubliable. Nous avons retrouvé notre maison et jardin en parfait état. Vous pouvez aller chez Arne et Stéphanie en toute confiance.”

“Arne and Stephanie’s home is perfectly situated in one of the most popular and hip districts of Copenhagen. They have a very cool tricycle we used a lot to travel with the kids. The apartment is one the ground floor and through the kitchen you enter the nice and very cosy courtyard. In the courtyard there are bikes and attributes to play for the children. And we met a lot of nice and friendly neighbours with or without kids. The apartment is perfect for visiting Copenhagen. The apartment is big enough and all the comfort you need is there to have a relaxed holiday. We had a very nice contact with Arne and Stephanie before and during our swop. And last but not least we found a perfectly clean house and garden when we arrived in our house. So, if you want a wonderful swop in Denmark. Don’t look any further. This is the place to be.”
