About our home

Spacious classic apartment (200 m2) decorated in a modern comfortable style. Suited for families as well as adult couples.

The apartment contains three bedrooms each with a double bed, a large kitchen where all the family can eat, two living rooms, one bathroom and one toilet.

The apartment has three small balconies, but the real attraction is the large, green fenced courtyard complete with fish dam, rabbits and BBQ facilities.

Bicycles can be left at your disposal.


More about us

  1. We are a mixed bilingual Danish/Spanish couple with two girls 8 and 11 years old. We have recently turned 40 both of us.

    We are both have masters in business administration. Amaia has worked many years importing fine wine and gastronomy product from Spain. Rasmus has worked as independent consultant many years and has recently turn writer by publishing a textbook on property management and property financing.

    Today we own and work in Administrationshuset A/S ( ), a property management company located in the neighbourhood. Rasmus is the managing director and Amaia works in accounting.

    Our girls attend the local public school and we are strongly rooted in the local community with friends and relatives living close by.

    We met in Denmark some 15 years ago and have spent most of our holidays in this period going to northern Spain to be with the family. The girls are now older and curious for the world and we have all grown an appetite for exploring new destinations.

    We like to go anywhere, though Europe and North America have special interest. As we are independent we are very flexible concerning dates, as long as we are talking periods of about one week.

Where is it?


The apartment is located in Vesterbro, the trendiest neighbourhood of Copenhagen, close to the clubs and cultural activities of the meatpacking district and the alternative shopping possibilities of Istedgade.

The apartment is located 15 min walk from the centre, 5 min. on bike or by public transport. The neighbourhood is residential, very safe and calm, though few streets from the attractive and lively parts of town. Parking conditions are good and good bus and train will take you to any part of town in few minutes.

The grounds of the Carlsberg brewery, with its gardens and cultural institutions are close by, and the harbour area with bathing possibilities in the summer months, as well as the Tivoli Gardens, are within walking distance.
