More about us

  1. We are a family with three "children" aged 21(m), 23(f) and 25(m). They have moved out but like to join in our vacations. One of us is allergic to cats.

  2. Rie is working in social welfare in the different places in greater Copenhagen area and Anders i studying to become teacher, after the first thirty work years.

Tobias is studying economics, Sille social science and Rasmus is about to finish his gab year with work and cultural studies.

We have mainly visited cities in Europe, where we get a place which allow us to cook, read and play games as well as give us a place to investigate the city and area, we visit.

We have tried 6 swops and each and everyone has been a super experience. One reason is, that we found places, we had not thought about before. This year we like to go places, which we can reach by train, and give us a chance of a more active holiday like where we can ride bike or hike in contry as well as investigate city, historic sites etc.

During the summer we usually stay at our allotment 10 km from Copenhagen, where we have a small garden and an even tiny house. It is not suitable to include in the swop, but makes us more flexible in relation to the time of the swop.
