About our home
The house was built in April 2010 and is situated just 20 meters from the waterfront. It is fully equipped with an open floor plan including kitchen, dining room and living room plus 3 small bedrooms. In the living room there is a ladder leading to a miniature mezzanine and a door directly to a veranda and the beach.
The house is heated with electricity and has a wood-burning fireplace and is insulated so one can stay here all year around.

Where is it?
Neighbourhood
It is a relaxing atmosphere in the midst of Danish nature. This allows for plenty of time for meditation and self-reflection. This is a very nice place for someone who enjoys walking, bike riding, swimming, fishing and kayaking. Most people only live in this area during the summer months. In the wintertime you will find only local farmers and a few people visiting the area. The nearest convenience store is approx. 8 km or 7 minutes away by car and stays open 7/7 till 9 P.M.
Despite the "isolation" you are only 25 minutes/35 km away from Odense, the third largest city in Denmark and the birthplace of the Danish writer Hans Christian Andersen.
You can also reach the capital Copenhagen in one and a half hours/160 km and the second largest city Aarhus in 2 hours/185 km.
You can take the train directly from Copenhagen airport to Odense, but to get to the house you require access to a car.
