About our home

We build our home in 2015 in a small village close to the city of Aalborg, and close to all the great tourist attractions and activities of the Northern part of Denmark. Besides the Capital Copenhagen this part of the country attracts the most tourists. The beaches are among the best in Europe, we have forests, nice scenery, museums, art galleries and amusement parks - (see the Photos for a few of the attractions). Aalborg - the bigger city just 15 minuts away - just made it to the top-ten of the New York Times "Places to go 2019" - the recommendation was mostly due to the athmosphere and the architecture (see this article for more information: https://www.nytimes.com/2019/05/28/travel/places-to-go-aalborg-denmark.html?searchResultPosition=3)

We build a new house in a place that used to be a small farm. The barns have been renovated carefully. One barn has a room with table tennis, other games and a lot of beds - indeed a perfect place for the kids to enjoy time away from the grown ups:-)
The main house has two bathrooms, three bedrooms, a very large kitchen where we spend most of our time together and a living room.

The house is 170 sqm. with another 90 sqm. in the barn. 260 in total. The garden is 5000 sqm.

The Garden is park-like and enourmous with huge threes and room for a game of football, trampoline jumpoing, volleyball or other games - or maybe just a break in the hammock:-) We have two sheep (hoping to have 2~4 lambs spring 2019j, chickens, two cats and guinea pigs. Neighbours can take care of the animals.

We love our Little spot on earth and put a lot of effort in making it Unique. We hope you are going to like it as well:-)
