Perfect location near to beach, forest, and the city of Aarhus - yet in a quiet area.
Classic Danish style.
LEGO en masse and many many other toys for boys/girls most ages.
Big playground nearby.
It is a lovely traditional redbrick house from 1954 with a garden for recreation. During the previous years we've rebuilt and renovated the house and garden and have in that respect tried to keep to its original style. We love interior design and we like that the house reflects who we are. We like high quality in all respects, we like classic design and architecture and we also highly appreciates the quirky sides of life so our home reflects that too.
Over and above all, we have 3 kids and the house is laid out so it is a functional and fun place for kids to stay in as well as for adults.
You'll have access to the entire house and garden, however it is our private home, so there will be personal belongings of ours in cupboards etc. but we'll clear some places so there's space for your stuff too:-) You can also feel free to park your car in our driveway. Opposite our house is the library which also offers extra free parking.
In our basement is our office. Feel free to use this space to store your suitcases etc. and off course to do work should you need to.
It is likely that we're also away on holiday but we'll be helpful over phone and email. Should you need some assistance urgently then I can always arrange for someone to come and hep out.
It is simply unique with its location being so near to Aarhus yet in quiet surroundings near beaches and forest. It also has a central location if you're seeing other parts of Denmark.
How to get around
There is a vast variety of public transport (buses and trains) within a very short walking distance. You can easily get around by bike which is usually the quickest way to get around to and in Aarhus.
There are shops, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets locally. The area is very child friendly with parks and playgrounds dotted around.
