About our home

Our Beach home was built in 2005 with the designer and builder still residing on the property as one of our neighbors. It is a ground floor, 1300 square foot home with 1 large master bedroom and a smaller guest bedroom. Both rooms have their own private bath. We have lots of shade and from our deck, we enjoy a 180 degree view of the ocean which is only 25 yards away, (see photo). These units are all individually owned and are rarely rented. About one fourth of the families live there year round. This is truly a beautiful place to rewind and reflect. Additionally, all of the regular activities associated with the ocean is available, swiming, snorkeling, diving. A surf camp is only a 10 minute walk down the beach for the adventourous surfer in you! In fact, Caberate is noted as the "kite surfing" capital of the world. As for food, no fast food places but wonderful privately owed restaurants are abundant with fresh seafood cooked before you eyes. A spa is located next door with yoga, massages or anything your heart desires for a relaxing vacation. Long walks on the beach with your cocktail in your hand, and the ocean whispering in your ear makes it the paradise vacation we all yearn for.
